Before Deployment

Should you deploy this AI tool at all?

Every AI vendor is assessed against the six TIPPSS dimensions before a single governed decision is made. Vendors that do not meet the bar do not move forward, before that gap can create liability. A Conditional result means requirements remain outstanding before approval.

After Deployment

Is it still performing the way you were told it would?

Darwin monitors post-deployment behavior and resurfaces governance records on a defined cadence. If a dimension drops, Darwin flags it before the organization discovers the gap in an adverse event review or a legal proceeding.

For Vendors

A conditional score is not a rejection. It is a roadmap.

Darwin tells the vendor exactly which dimension failed and what closing that gap requires. The remediation path is documented, tracked, and sealed. That is the evidence a health system needs to justify continued deployment while improvement is underway.

Every AI vendor is assessed against the six TIPPSS dimensions defined in IEEE UL 2933: Trust, Identity, Privacy, Protection, Safety, and Security. The result is not a number. It is a designation and a sealed record created at the moment of every governed decision.

TIPPSS is a maturity architecture defined in IEEE UL 2933, the sociotechnical data governance standard. Sherri Douville, CEO of Medigram, serves as Co-Chair of the Trust and Identity Subgroup and Co-Author of ANSI/HSI 2800:2025. Darwin implements the standards its architect co-authored.
