We are selecting
partners, not customers.

We work with a select number of organizations in healthcare and high-performance environments who understand what this infrastructure is and why the window is now.

If you are making consequential
AI decisions, this is the infrastructure.

We work with a select number of organizations in healthcare and high-performance environments who understand what governance infrastructure means and why the window is now. If that is your organization, we would like to talk.

Medigram is designed for sovereign data and infrastructure, commissioned on your premises, with local state persistence. In a world where infrastructure is increasingly fragile, that architecture makes your existing EMR investments more valuable, not redundant.

Who we work with

The right conversation starts
with the right context.

We are not running a sales process. If your organization is making consequential AI decisions in healthcare, medtech, or high-performance environments, and the infrastructure that makes those decisions defensible matters to you, we would like to talk.

We work with organizations that already understand the problem. If you are still evaluating whether AI governance is necessary, we are probably not the right conversation for your timeline.

Healthcare
Health systems, academic medical centers, and care delivery organizations deploying clinical AI that requires defensible governance infrastructure at a board, regulatory, and payer level.
Medtech
Medical device manufacturers and health IT organizations requiring AI governance evidence for VAC approval, procurement, and post-market compliance under FDA cybersecurity guidance.
Pro Sports
Organizations with AI-informed athlete health decisions requiring governance infrastructure that survives a union grievance, a personal injury filing, and a league audit simultaneously.
Investment
Investor conversations are by warm introduction only. Strategic partners aligned with the category Medigram is building will find their way here through the relationships that already know the work.

Investor conversations are by warm introduction only. If you believe there is a fit, the right path is through someone who already knows the work.
We respond to organizations that are ready for a substantive conversation. The conversation begins through the relationship that brought you here.
Standards Infrastructure

The governance model Medigram runs
was built in public, with the field.

At AIMed 2025, Medigram demonstrated the reference deployment of the governance model developed by TTIC, the Trustworthy Technology and Innovation Consortium. CEO Sherri Douville was named AIMed AI Champion of the Year, awarded by physicians, health system leaders, and clinical researchers. Medigram's work has been recognized in the same industry context as organizations including Cleveland Clinic and the American Medical Association.

TTIC is an independent consortium of health systems, academic medical centers, and clinical technology leaders. Its members support the work: the governance model, the standards architecture, the trust infrastructure. Not a vendor. Medigram's CEO founded and chairs TTIC. TTIC maintains independent governance, standards, and decision-making boundaries to preserve the integrity of its consortium activities. The relationship is not an endorsement. It is an architecture: TTIC develops the governance model; Medigram is the reference execution of it as production infrastructure.

The clinical AI community's recognition at AIMed, alongside IEEE and CHIME AI Principles, reflects the trust of the institutions that understand what is actually at stake.

TTIC · Independent Consortium
IEEE UL 2933 TIPPSS framework cited in CHIME AI Principles, the governance reference for health system CIOs and CISOs nationally.
Reference Execution · Not Alignment
Medigram is the reference execution of the TTIC governance model as production infrastructure. Not a compliant product. Not a vendor that adopted the standard. The model made operational.
AIMed 2025 · Clinical Validation
AI Champion of the Year awarded by physicians and health system leaders, to a non-clinician. Medigram's work has been recognized in the same industry context as organizations including Cleveland Clinic and the American Medical Association. A signal about institutional trust.
